This page explains, plainly, what WillReady FZE ("WillReady", "we", "us") does and does not do. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
WillReady prepares documents and provides administrative and organisational support. Nothing on this website, in our questionnaire, or in any communication from us constitutes legal advice about your personal, financial, or family circumstances.
If your situation is complex — for example, cross-border assets, business ownership, or a contested family situation — we recommend speaking to an independent, qualified lawyer before finalising your will.
Using WillReady does not create an attorney-client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship between you and WillReady FZE or anyone who works with us.
WillReady is an independent, privately owned company. We are not the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD), DIFC Courts, or any other government or court body, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. References to ADJD, its forms, and its processes are for descriptive purposes only.
Registration, review, and notarisation of your will are carried out by ADJD, according to their own procedures and timelines, which we do not control. Submitting your will and attending notarisation is your responsibility, though we guide you through it on WhatsApp.
Your will document is generated directly from the information you enter. We run automatic checks for completeness and internal consistency, but we cannot verify the truth of what you tell us — for example, your marital status, your relationship to the people you name, or the accuracy of ID numbers you provide. Please review your document carefully before signing and submitting it.
We prepare your document to match ADJD's own official form as closely as possible, and we correct and resubmit at no extra charge if the court rejects it (see our Terms of Service). We cannot, however, guarantee that ADJD will accept, register, or notarise any particular will — that decision is entirely theirs.
Any comparison we make to other routes — for example, DIFC Courts wills or notary public wills — is for general informational purposes, based on publicly available information at the time of writing, and is not a comprehensive or independent comparison. We are not affiliated with any organisation we compare ourselves to.
